      A fragile company after the acquisition

      - amazing culture - competitive salary - good products

      Minpunten

      after the acquisition by an American PE, the company is breaking up its marketplaces so things are very fragile. I think it's kind of scary to work in this environment. I don't recommend anyone to work at this company because you don't know what to expect from the current restructuring process.

      Too many changes in a short time. Low diversity in leadership.

      Small teams with big bureaucracy

      - work life balance - hybrid work option - investment in internal tooling at central teams - quite small local teams which gives room for growth in your early career - generally competent and helpful colleagues - competitive pay comparing to local Dutch companies

      Minpunten

      - teams always busy with making short term impact - huuuge waste of resource at local data teams due to chaotic migration and unclear ownership - middle management not understanding the actual work nor encouraging employees to give credit to each other, leading to a phony culture and lousy tech leadership - company undergoing reorg which introduced much bureaucracy - uncompetitive pay comparing to international companies in Amsterdam
