      They are firing people all the time without any solid reasons. Don’t trust this company, the way they treat employees is unfair. Pulling people from their previous jobs and promising so many good things at Agicap. Management is micromanaging a lot and the hours you make on a daily base is definitely too long. No work life balance and too many expectations. Very bad communications between departments.

      Amazing company - learned a lot, had real impact and had lots of fun

      * High growth, high energy. Very ambitious and succesfull company * Amazing team of smart people that push the bar higher and higher * Product that has real impact for customers * You will work a lot but learn a lot and will have lots of fun doing so

      Minpunten

      * High pressure and demanding - not a right fit for everyone * Room for improvement in order to become more human and team focussed (without this having to affect performance or expectations)
