It used be a great place with ambition, but today: Nearly every decision is driven by office politics rather than merit. Your performance review is effectively decided before it even begins, based on who management wants to promote. If you're not part of that plan, you'll be pushed into the middle or bottom of the distribution and then gaslit into believing you are the issue. If you refuse to play along, expect to be punished for it. Onboarding is non-existent, and firing at the last day of probation period is a very common practice. HR seems to be in survival mode, and they are usually replaced every two years. Don't take my word for it. Look at the employees' LinkedIn posts and decide for yourself.
