      Some good things but the gaps are hard to ignore

      Pluspunten

      - Remote within Europe. - Good people to work with, that's what keeps most people there. - Some cool projects with known brands. - You're close to the startup world without the startup risk.

      Minpunten

      - The workload is always heavy and the pressure never really goes away. - Feedback rarely translates into real improvements and can even backfire on whoever spoke up. Nobody feels safe. - Pay below market rate. - Client calls outside working hours are common — early mornings, late evenings — depending on the time zone, which makes it hard to ever really switch off. - No real strategy. The company just reacts to whatever comes up.

      Work with big well known brands in several industries. Good for portfolio. Flexibility to adjust working hours and work remotely. Benefits are decent and people are smart.

      Disorganized upper management with no clear direction, which contributes to instability and uncertainty within the company. Clear plans are often missing, and people are afraid to give honest feedback. Company hasn't evolved professionally and is still struggling to move forward. They refer to the company as family but they're often treating employees with little respect and firing competent people. Employees are often burdened with tasks outside their job descriptions, which can lead to frustration and burnout.
