Flat Hierarchy: Management is very approachable, genuinely interested in their people, and open to ideas. Growing every year: Although there are still many challenges and pain points regarding the company's culture, I have seen that management is trying to improve it and has definitely succeeded in various areas (e.g., internal communication has really improved over the years).
