The culture at Chargebee is deeply toxic, characterized by rampant gossip among leadership and a clear preference for an exclusive inner circle. It fosters a "can't sit with us" atmosphere, where inclusion is limited to a select few. Additionally, the environment is unfriendly towards women, with advancement opportunities, appreciation, and promotions heavily biased towards the "boys club." I cannot recommend working here unless you thrive in a cutthroat, backstabbing environment typical of a masculine, macho sales culture. If that aligns with your preferences, then this might be the right fit for you.
