ClickUp actually walks the walk when it comes to culture. The CEO talks a lot about personal and professional growth and actually sticks to his word of promoting from within and giving people chances to take on scope that would require years of experience at other companies.
Minpunten
The company moves fast which is a good thing overall, but sometimes it's a little hard to keep up with changes. I do think leadership does a good job though of explaining changes and giving context.
