We’re sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience working at Creative Fabrica. The majority of the input we receive shows it to be actually very competitive, though we are a start up so we benchmark against other startups of course, and it doesn’t seem to be the case that we are affecting the salary market for Amsterdam for customer service roles, we are a bit too small for that! Looking at the team surveys, autonomy is actually one of the things that people appreciate most about working at CF, some teams are more process driven than others depending on the kinds of work that they do. On your points about toxicity and the abuse of power we would strongly encourage you to come to us directly and give us your feedback even if you are no longer working here, so that we can take action if you have felt this during your time here. We take these kinds of allegations very seriously and have a reporting policy and process in place so that if this would happen, we would be able to deal with any instances of bullying or inappropriate behavior immediately.
