Minpunten
Coming out of the pandemic, people who built the company are no longer there and that has an impact on the culture. Lots of turnover as well impacting ability to deliver.

Great benefits such as the option to claim travel and wellness expenses, an employee assistance program (for coaching and therapy for both physical and mental health), pension plan, voluntary work and great getogether activities with colleagues. A place to feel at home

Nothing to add up. Had to get used to the US corporate culture that's rather present though coming from a very small organization that makes perfect sense.
