The company is following everyone else in offshoring all “low rung” work, leaving teams decimated. Hiring has stopped no matter what the job opening site says. Everyone from site activation, engineers, and even CRAs are having contracts ended leaving those behind with an every growing work load. Mix of AI investment and poor money flow from pharma as global events continue to worsen prospects. But they don’t respond by helping employees grow into higher positions, employees stay in departments where they’re wasted for their talents until they find something better, and now are rarely replaced. Employees are told to be innovative but aren’t listen to when providing solutions, or have ideas taken by management and directors. Real shame where the company has gone. I don’t put much blame on local management, their hands are kind of tied. It’s the regional directors and global department leads that seem so out of touch.
