Lots of long-serving employees are put into management positions despite being bad at it. Poor leadership which does not acknowledge responsibility or bear consequences for their actions. Office politics, favoritism and toxic HR department. Career progression opportunities have mostly dried up as the company has settled in its size. The work atmosphere and environment has tanked over time.
