Toxic. Ugly. Snake pit. No care for people but demand their pound of flesh. No work-life balance - just pretty words on the website. Retrenched more than half of their employees. Only the nasty, mean and loud ones remained as they played the game well. Spent 5 years there. Saw it rise. And fall. Hired expensive and clueless leaders when it was at the peak - who all helped pushed Mambu down. Sad story.

- place has become toxic over the last 12 month - attempts from senior management to remove the 4 day work week benefits in the summer - inconsistent messages from leadership: layoffs were supposed to be over but you can see signals that this is not the case. More employees are let go via performance improvement plans and performance reviews - senior leadership is keen to add more pressure when no results are visible but in exchange they don't participate in elaborating any plans or strategies to improve the outcome - wrong persons were promoted into higher ranking jobs. Those persons have created a climate of fear along with other senior leaders. Some leaders have destroyed all the work of others just with the pretext of "change" - worrying interpretation of internal surveys. NPS score of 50% was branded as positive because the company is undergoing "change"
