Peers are very smart and fun to work with. Definitely the best in the market when it comes to pay and benefits I believe. It comes at a price though. They are also hiring way more junior these days so I expect this to change.

Culture changed a lot in the past few years from a people focused to a purely number focused company. Each year a certain % of people have to be let go which is purely based on numbers, not even on performance. They claim those are correlated but that’s definitely isn’t always true in sales as enterprise sales teams often only have 1 or a few clients and investment is not all on control of sales people. This creates a toxic environment. You clearly see management is under pressure of global leaders and in a small market like Benelux there is no influence globally. Next to that there’s very little room to grow in your career when you start out as an IC.
