I found my experience at Otrium to be disappointing. There was a lack of vision and a lot of micromanagement from C-level. Requirements and short term goals changed frequently, sometimes weekly. Most teams were inexperienced and immature. Compensation was low, making it difficult to attract top talent. The general output of work was poor, and it felt like the company prioritized investors and saving costs over its employees. Overall, it felt like employees were expendable.
