Salary raises never come even when they are way lower than the benchmark, they do not want to listen to their employees, but will make sure that employees and customers think they do. They look, act and sound like a sect. You will work your 4ss off until the point of burnout and they will still tell you there is no money to hire someone so the workload feels lighter. It is hilarious. You are just a number.
