The CEO exudes passion for our customers, product, and the people on his team - and he shows it by being available for anyone at any level in the company and acting on their feedback. The same attitude exists across the entire leadership team and trickles down to the broader employee base. Finally, this is a family friendly company - even if we are busy in startup mode people understand that folks have their personal priorities as well.

Like most startups there is occasional shift of strategy so anyone joining should be prepared to be agile / flexible. Our remote environment leads to over-reliance on Slack & pinging vs. structure so there can be distractions - but this is a minor point.
