- Management team is mediocre, too much micromanagement and arrogance. US has no idea how it works in Europe and not open to listen.
- HR is ignorant and has no clue on what's going on.
- No professional development (being sent to your colleagues is not professional development but knowledge sharing)
- Salaries are not up to current standard in the market and employees who work there for years are not compensated, not even in a decent way if they get promoted
