We also take comments about culture, leadership, compensation, and workload seriously. Building a company while scaling internationally comes with challenges, and we continuously evaluate how we support employees, develop managers, improve processes, and strengthen the employee experience.
Feedback is something we actively encourage throughout the employee journey, not only when someone leaves. Through weekly Pulse surveys, regular one-on-ones, manager check-ins, engagement initiatives, and direct access to leadership, we aim to create multiple opportunities for concerns, ideas, and feedback to be shared and discussed.
Regarding our software, we know that our customers place significant trust in us. That responsibility drives ongoing investment in our product, infrastructure, support teams, and development processes. Like every SaaS company, we are constantly improving, learning, and evolving based on both customer and employee feedback.
