The company gives you some fringe benefits each year, which may seem like an advantage but if you didn't complete that year when you left the job, it cuts most of it from your salary (I was almost in debt when I left the job) the company provides you with a good culture but uses it as a tool for you to work harder for them, more overtime, and more weekend work.

The company does not give importance to your time and development, Retro meetings are held for hours, but no one pays attention to the topics discussed, a complete waste of time, If you are leaving this company, the company will do its best not to give you the bonus that you deserved,
