Not only is it great on a social level, but when it comes to problem solving, the various ways in which different cultures approach challenges is amazing to experience and you can learn a lot. 5.. Being bootstrapped rather than VC backed or public provides freedom to do what's best for the business in the long term, rather than executing upon shortsighted strategies to please the board or investors. 6. The people, definitely. Talented, interested and interesting. Multi cultural. It felt great from day 1. The product is amazing too, enabling people to find the very best deal. Oz & Ido are very hard working people, always there to support anyone who needs them. Omri with whom I didn't work at all was always having a nice word for each of us contributing to this great culture. The office is just so great, it feels like going home.
