Minpunten
- they talk a lot about how there’s a pathway for incoming graduates where you do a bootcamp and once you finish, you’ll be put on a project based on what you have been learning but that didn’t happen at all. You do the bootcamp and it’s just “good luck” - when push comes to shove, the first people to get made redundant are all the analysts, not the 100’s of MD’s they have - MD’s take credit for projects they aren’t even apart of - they just slap their name on it, present some slides and call it a day - pay is terrible and they keep you around by saying “you may get a promotion this year” but then feedback time comes around and they’ve promoted another 50 people to MD and only one person to senior analyst and they don’t promote more analysts due to not having budget. - 0 compensation benefits - have to opt in and put some of your terrible salary towards the share program. You’ll hear a lot about how your project just sold “millions more in work” but you won’t get any bonus for that - they say it’s easy to switch project and get involved in other work, but as soon as you’re on the bench, you’re in the crosshairs for redundancy. They only care about you if you’re chargeable otherwise good luck - when joining as a grad, they got current analysts and senior analysts to talk about their experiences and how they get to travel the world for projects, but this is a lie. - prepare to hear about the $2 billion investment into AI, only for it to be some basic streamlit application
