The role can become repetitive after a few years. The company is investing heavily in AI designed to automate parts of the job, and employees are required to use and help train these tools. There are concerns that large-scale layoffs may eventually affect the team as well. As a result, salary increases are typically modest, usually around 2–3% per year.
