Stocks are worthless unless you stay for years. For most, you will end up leaving so this benefit is worthless. Amazon has some of the worst FC locations in the country! Very high turnover. So, Amazon is recruiting from schools and the military No career path. There is a lot of marketing to make it sound like promotions are taking place when it's all preplanned pathways. Limited position grades at FC's FC's at 90 degrees Most of the time, Amazon is fire fighting. Certain people get stuck on night shifts Everywhere I go, past managers speak poorly about thier Amazon work experience. People stay for the money.
