Where Do I start, Knowing what I know today, I would not come anywhere near Amazon. Creatively dead, old technology in constant need of fixing, unfriendly work environment, unjust and unfair assessment process. Someone has to take the blame, never the upper management. Pay is very low compare to industry standard.
