People in your team except the manager are very strong in technical knowledge. You get to learn a lot of from these people. They have standard build tools, so you don't have to fight a lot over pitty issues of build process.
Minpunten
Managers are totally non technical. They have no.clue about the development process. They just bargain on number of days to finish a task. And randomly put you on PIP if you dont agree to their unreasonable delivery demands.
