A few years ago, the best reasons were because it was exciting. The company was at a make or break point and I had a chance to make a difference in the "make."
Minpunten
Loads of face time with little getting done by most. Very limited opportunity for advancement. Lots of middle management that claim credit for the work their staff did - including BRAIN POWER. This is one of the most frustrating things.
