I like it how performance is rewarded with increased responsibiliites and stock based awards. The company is truely customer centric and is continuing to strive toward a better customer experience in all aspects.
Minpunten
It has very long hours and sometimes difficult to have a good worklife balance. Goals are very aggressive and there are expectations of weekend work.
