The benefits are awesome. I met some amazing people and had some really great managers.
Minpunten
Hours are long if you don't like working 10 hour shifts. Forced 60 hour weeks during the Christmas season, they try to make up for it with double overtime but taxes take most of it. They don't promote older associates (35 and up) to Area Managers or Operations Managers. They promote younger people (18-21).
