Minpunten
There is no considerable inflation/performance based raise, the promotions are being freezed (even it is not, company is giving around 10% increase when you get promotion, this is only being funny). There is huge turnover, but company is not hiring new people, instead current employees are taking over the current duties; which causes everybody to work double, sometimes triple.
