For instance, in Spain you will never start a job as an FC associate directly with Amazon, but “there’s a chance” you can be absorbed by them and have a permanent contract with Amazon directly and “enjoy” all the “perks”. The truth is you will never know what you have to do to conquer that. Meeting your operational goals isn’t just enough, but you will never know what’s left to do. It’s a very demanding job, physically, mentally and psychologically speaking. You’re just a number and you will never stop feeling like that.
