Great managers. Supportive leaders who are invested in your development and growth. No micromanagement from my team leaders, managers or senior leaders. Good teamwork and teammates. Very little pressure and very little gossiping. No bullying or toxic interactions amongst teammates or leaders. No work drama. Respectful of private lives of employees. Great at respecting work life balance. Great at diversity and inclusion efforts. Very inclusive company that has great integrity from the top down. HR and management are great at respecting and empowering employees to use the disability accommodations and accessiblility needs that they need to succeed within the workforce. Most people in the line of work I’m in have great emotional intelligence as well has high technical savvy. My leadership team has been great at handling conflict and addressing feedback given to them. Mostly great health benefits, Great campus, wonderful services, and discounts. Fun job. Great company values and ethics! Great clubs and social groups and community within the company. Apple was great at supporting employees during Covid with no layoffs. Great opportunities for career and personal development such as the mentor program, the career experience, and rotations. Leaders are supportive of staff when clients are abusive.

Minpunten

Low hourly salary in comparison to competitors while expecting higher quality work, more technical experience, higher capacity workload with less downtime. Mismatch in expectations from vender/ contractor employees that do not perform at the level of regular staff. This creates frustration due to poor performance and an inconsistent experience for clients and staff. Difficult to level up as their is a ceiling in my line of business for promotions, unless you want to be a manager. Hard / impossible to give feedback to venders and contractors to improve consistency. Cap of vacation days is 21-22 days after 10 years. As a global company we have fewer vacation days than most other modern countries, we also have fewer paid sick days. Our employees only get recognition for tenure at 5, 10, 20 years in the form of an adjustment in vacation hours and a sculpture or plaque, instead of monetary compensation, trips or spiffs to help the employee celebrate these great milestones and achievements. Raises, benefits and rewards in recent years have not kept up with inflation and cost of living adjustments. Employee spiffs and rewards for performance have become less frequent and have decreased in value. Employees are given only 1-2 hours a month to spend on personal development. Employees are expected to spend less than 30 seconds between calls to refresh and prepare for the next client. There is not a true “Pre Sales” manager escalation role so Senior Sales Experts have to act as a quasi manager without having much power. Employees who are cross trained are not encouraged to use those skills, abilities and tools to help expedite the customer experience while at the same time Not paying employees more to be cross trained and then utilizing them for that reason whenever the business needs require. Also Senior Sales Experts are underutilized for the skills the team has while also not getting paid enough for the experience and knowledge they offer.

NUL NUL NUL balans tussen werk en privé. Execs zeggen al JAREN dat ze het begrijpen en het beter zullen maken. Maar in werkelijkheid wordt het elk jaar erger! Het is duidelijk het topmanagement LIP SERVICE, want als ze het meenden, zouden ze het morgen kunnen repareren. Ze hebben honderden MILJARDEN op de bank. Als ze ECHT geven om de balans tussen werk en privé van werknemers, zouden ze het juiste aantal mensen aan boord kunnen halen om dat probleem op te lossen. Ziek van het horen van de leugens. Lieg gewoon niet over het willen repareren, als het ze duidelijk niet kan schelen
