Minpunten
No transport facility even though the company is located at Hinjewadi. The transport facility is driven by employee contribution and the timings are very odd. The resource management team is very rude with the freshers and they keep changing their platforms very frequently at their will. And overall, one common thing is the people from the management team,the HRs just don't reply to mails on time ever. If they are not the correct point of contact,then too they don't reply. Finance team is handled from Mumbai so Pune people find a tough time to resolve their queries and to follow up with them and as usual people don't reply ever on time and on top of that Thiery Breton is trying to impose a zero mail policy, God knows how that is ever going to work where loads of manangers work from mumbai and people are freshers or less experienced in Pune. The variable pay is never paid on time.
