There are still a few people who know how to have fun and being professional but most are doing the smart thing and leaving the sinking ship. Funny thing is that a lot of people even leave before having a new job. In other words they are prepared to take a risk for better. The free bananas are good!

_ Management is not open for change and unwilling to listen. _ A nice healthy US and you guys mentality. _ People are unable to think Out-Of-The-Box if you belong in this box you cannot do anything else. _ When you show courage and ideas it’s seen as a thread and it need to be changed. _ When you want to blog and promote your company it’s not allowed unless it’s checked (talk about trust). One thing I always loved was a quote from the HR manual in which they claim that the food truck where you can buy some lunch is a company benefit. And then people say HR has no humor, come on people the guy is just making a living and it’s not a company benefit or reduced prices "Priceless!"
