Hi and thanks for your review. Salaries are always a tricky area but I would generally say we are in line with the market, we conduct regular benchmark research to see where we sit. I obviously don't know about your personal circumstances but we certainly aim to be competitive. With regards to opportunities to progress, this year alone we have had more than 150 colleagues promoted. So there certainly is opportunity that exists and we've been working with departments (inc P&C) to develop competencies and career paths. I hope when you see them this will help with your concerns.
