We are glad to hear that you love working with friendly colleagues from all over the world, indeed, we think having over 150 nationalities bringing unique perspectives is part of what makes Booking.com so special. It's also encouraging to hear that you are enjoying learning how to work with data and A/B testing at scale, it's certainly what excites us.

We are also sorry to hear your concerns about management.
