Hi and thanks for your review and comments. With regards to your concerns about structural changes, there is not a lot I can add on here as I'm not sure what you are referring to. The last major restructure was in September 2016 when we moved into full product group structure but you may be referring to something more departmentally focused. If you have concerns I would always encourage you to speak to your manager. Thanks again - Ryan
