I've been with the company for 5 years now and the culture and way of working ist still inspiring to me. The company's values does not allow any unethical behaviour throughout all management hierarchies and empowers people to think outside the box and to try new ways of working or even product developments. Most impressive to me was the way the company managed the corona pandemic. Consistent and clear communication management so that everyone felt informed about the current situation, the ways of moving forward and most importantly the "why" behind. In general the company lives an "open door" culture which I've never experienced before.
