They usually never fire an employee. They might change your grade from Developer to Tester when you are not performing up to the expectations but you will not be fired.
Minpunten
The pay is very less compared to the competing companies. The benefits given are not good. They dont recognize people much. For example, people who are working for two years are getting less pay than the people who joined yesterday. As our facility is just two years old, we got less pay when we joined. But the facility is doing good now and the people who are joining now get more pay than us.
