Pluspunten
Like many have said before, there are some solid people that still work here. I have many fond memories of collaborating with people that really know and enjoy what they're doing. Many improvements have been made over the past 6-8months that make me feel hopeful for the future of Datameer. The vibe is more or less laid back and if you are a self motivated type of person you'll fit in with the current climate. I feel there are still people with great ideas and want to make things work. The product itself is solid. Even more emphasizes on engineers and development would really knock it out of the park!
Minpunten
A few odd individuals remain that truly hinder the growth and culture of the company. I'm very surprised to see them still employed. Yes it sounds harsh but I honestly believe that by keeping these select few the company repels attracting great talent. Then again no company is perfect. Change takes a long time to come to fruition. It often feels like upper management or department heads are resistant to change and would rather use archaic methods than adapt to new practices.
