Minpunten
The company has seemed less stable, internally, recently. First came a sudden return-to-office mandate, 3 days a week, that seemed to contradict long-standing messaging about the primacy of work as a result vs work as a location. Then came the sudden resignation of our new co-COO. Then came a major realigning of go-to-market strategy, and widely reported layoffs. All of this has taken a toll on internal morale. Hopefully the company is now in a stronger position moving forward. More generally, compensation does not appear competitive to market, and career opportunities (especially now) are limited.
