With Tom Pike as CEO the focus is entirely on the financial bottom line and both patients and people run second or third- -and not a close 2nd or third. Opportunities and growth are ABSOLUTELY up to your manager and HR does nothing about blatant favoritism, or discrimination except tell people to "manage up." Benefits are eroding and jobs headed offshore as fast as Tom Pike can make it happen so prospects for employees not in India or Slovakia don'the look promising. Providing on-site car wash service at the HQ building doesn't fool anyone that employees are valued. They need to rename HR and call it Human Widget Procurement.
