Ex: timesheet miss is a non- compliance, but you do not get an email once you submit timesheet, so you will not be able to prove with an email timestamp. Same case with trainings, you do not get any confirmation emails once you complete a training, once they flag you for late completion of training, there are no tools available to challenge company’s claim at your disposal. There are heavy fines for non compliance like delayed completion of trainings. It is also a common practise to cancel the hike and bonus along with fines.
