The managment team is very competent and willing to spend time with associates/senior associates in order to promote their professional development. The employees are very down-to-earth and have a lot of personality, which is important when the work can be less than exciting.
Minpunten
The hours and client locations can sometimes be long/far and unpredictable. Also, sometimes the client work is not very exciting. At times it can be hard to bond with your audit team, as you are so busy working there is not much time left for socializing during the day.
