Minpunten

If you like to be told what to do, thrive on structure, and are not very motivated to bring ideas to the table this is probably not a place you'll enjoy working.

Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

Minpunten

Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
