Minpunten

Management make a lot of promises but do not stick to their words. As well, very superficial culture. You need to be always happy and an extravert otherwise you do not fit into the culture. Hide your bad days and do not show that you sometimes need to be alone

Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

Minpunten

Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
