Work-Life Balance is incredible here. LinkedIn truly takes care of its employees in more ways than just their salary. The incredible perks and benefits offered to LinkedIn employees are far and wide better than anything I've experienced. This job alone has convinced me to never look for work outside of the tech industry.

Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

Minpunten

Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
