Good benefits but all come with sacrifices

Minpunten

They will fire straight away when they think you cant hit their expectation! No human approach. Everyone only care on what they do, lack of collaboration, your boss dictates the work process. Total dissapointment.

When HR mgmt is on record stating things like the company shouldn’t hire females anymore, it really makes you wonder how they make decisions on who should fill management positions
