Challenging, fair, great communication, very open work environment, great collegues, great facilites and offices, very good food in the cantine.

Minpunten

I cant really point out a downside. I think everything is pretty great when you have a good job within HLR.

The benefits are good so far just like any other company

Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
