When I started the company was very small. As it grew it had the normal growing pains. I left in 2015 when it got too large that I felt like I was just a number.

boys club culture horrible management and leadership, no transparency or follow through absolutely no stability in org charts, had 5 managers in one year entitled execs who take home the majority of profits and act like they are celebrities No growth, very slow to promote Leadership plays excessive favorites Unclear job descriptions and expectation that you will work "start-up" hours around the clock
