Pluspunten

It is a rapidly growing company and you can feel that you are contributing your work efforts for the company grow as there are many projects that you can get involved in on constant basis. The organization is expanding so rapidly, so the way we are is quite different from the way we were a year before, so I can feel that I am involved in this growing journey together with this company and ServiceNow colleagues. Although it is a long journey and it is never an easy path to get through, I am quite enjoying working for this awesome company. Projects are many that you can involve in which lead by APAC, EMEA or US. It is very enjoyable working with global team members and quite fun getting to know my colleagues.

Minpunten

This company is not for one who doesn't want to challenge him/herself. Our company purpose is to "make the world of work work better for people", and people working for ServiceNow like the company concept and have the compelling reason for being at ServiceNow. Because we have the big "WHY" we can chip all in for this big bet.

Pluspunten

ServiceNow had a differentiated platform and products. Early on the culture had a startup energy that was rare for a company this size collaborative teams, ownership, and a sense that people actually cared about outcomes. Working with large enterprise customers on complex workflows was interesting work.

Minpunten

The ServiceNow I joined was a different company. As headcount increased, so did the bureaucracy, layers, and friction that rewarded politics over execution. The layoffs of the last few years were handled poorly little transparency, inconsistent communication, and decisions that felt made far above with little thought for the people affected. The "cost optimization" messaging rang hollow against continued executive spending. For a company that sells workflow and people process tools, the irony of a chaotic RIF wasn't lost on anyone in the field or on customers. Leadership political dynamics were real. The right team, the right manager you had cover. Performance alone didn't protect you.
